The first method: via the official Xbox website:
- Visit the recovery site https://redeem.microsoft.com
- Log in
- Enter the 25-digit coupon code and follow the on-screen instructions.
Second method: Using Xbox 360:
- Sign in to your Xbox 360 (make sure you are signed in with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with)
- Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller.
- Select Games & Apps, then select Redeem Code.
- Enter the 25-digit coupon code and follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 3: Using an Xbox One, Xbox Series X, or Xbox Series S:
- Sign in to your Xbox console
- Select the Home screen, then open the Store — if the Store app doesn't appear, go to My games & apps, choose Apps, and select the Store app from there.
- In the Store app, move the cursor left or tap the View button to open the side menu.
- From the menu, choose Swap.
- Enter the 25-digit coupon code and follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 4: Using the Xbox app for Android and Windows 10 devices:
- Sign in to the Xbox app on your phone.
- Click the menu button in the upper left corner.
- Select Microsoft Store from the list and then choose Redeem a code.
- Enter your 25-digit coupon code and follow the instructions.
Method 5: Using the Xbox app for iOS devices:
- From the browser on your phone, go to https://redeem.microsoft.com/
- Log in to your account
- Enter your 25-digit coupon code and follow the instructions.
